Live Large, Tow Light with the 2008 Jay Feather by Jayco®

October 13,2007

MIDDLEBURY, Ind. – The 2008 Jay Feather by Jayco®, America’s Most Liveable RVs, allows campers to live large and tow light with its incredibly liveable models: the LGT, EXP, SPORT and the Jay Feather towable by most SUVs and mini-vans, the EX-PORT.

The affordable EX-PORT combines the compact style of the Jay Feather SPORT with the expandability of the Jay Feather EXP, resulting in a lite weight travel trailer that provides ample space and comfort, but is still light enough to be towed by all SUVs and most mini-vans on the market. The Jay Feather EX-PORT has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 3,500 pounds and unloaded weight of 2,925 pounds.

The 2008 Jay Feather LGT, the largest of the lite weight models, offers new floorplans to better meet the demands of RVers who want a spacious, comfortable travel trailer that is easily towable. With the addition of a heavier-duty frame and flush and deep super slides, the new LGT floorplans have dramatically more interior space than ever. The Jay Feather LGT comes with standard equipment that includes a larger kitchen window, new graphics package, raised panel doors in kitchen and living room, new louvered central air conditioning vents for improved directional air flow and nickel hardware.

Jay Feather EXP offers the best of both worlds – a large, comfortable living space and a minimal tow weight and length. Standard equipment for the 2008 Jay Feather EXP includes a new front profile, handles added to the front bunk wall, a larger kitchen model, new nickel hardware and new black appliances.

Jay Feather SPORT is the ultimate ultra lite weight weekender and features a full kitchen and bath and sleeping space for up to five people. It includes impressive new standard equipment – a new front profile, exterior graphics, interior décor and upper bead board panel doors, as well as an oven.
